Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted only if damaged product or wrong product sent.

  • You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We will not accept a return unless there is a serious fault with the product quality.

  • The product will be assessed with proof and only if the damage is acceptable it will be taken for return.

  • Missing threads and knots in the silk sarees are not considered as damage, considering they are proof of handloom products.

  • Damages caused while opening the parcel will not be considered or accepted.

  • Incase of wrong product sent, the right product will be replaced only once we get back the products from you.

  • Items should be returned with the given tags and in original conditions.

  • You will also need to make sure to make the content with care, so that it reaches us safely and neatly.

Issues related to colour resolution

  • Colour variation due to photographic lighting sources or screen display will not be accepted as a reason for returns

  • Since we have made all our efforts to display as accurately as possible.

  • We have displayed several pics and videos for you to understand the colour of the products.

  • Actual colour may differ depending on the monitor, hence there might be a little variation due to the display of your monitor.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method via Razorpay.

 

You will receive the credit in 7 working days, depending on your original payment provider policies.

Refunds will be initiated once we receive the product. Or you can choose the same value product

If you choose to refund instead of replacement, full refund will be made for item value only not inclusive of the postage charges. Products will have to be shipped by the customers only. We don't have any pick up facilities.

 

We will reserve the right to refuse the refunds if the above procedures have not been followed.

 

Shipping Return Items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
