Shipping Partner
We have partnered with India Post, Professional and DTDC Courier Services to deliver our products across India. Whenever the situation demands, we use other services and partners for shipping our products to the customers.​
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are free for deliveries everywhere in India. For outside India, charges will be communicated at the time of purchase or order confirmation to the customer directly by our employees.
Shipping Times & Delivery Delays
We will ship most of our orders within 1 working day after receiving the order and payment completion confirmation.
Typical timelines for delivery of our products are:

2-4 working days: Anywhere in South India

3-5 working days: Rest of India

International shipments: will be communicated at time of order confirmation

If there are any delays to the above timelines for any shipments, the same will be confirmed to the customers as and when the delay occurs.

We do not ship any orders without the payment confirmation being received from our banking partners and payment services providers. After shipping the products, typically the delivery time will depend on the method of shipping chosen such as Standard / Expedited. In Standard Shipping, the time for delivery is dependent on factors external to our business such as:

Damages To Product In Shipping
We take utmost care to ensure that our products are shipped with adequate protection in packaging and labeling. However, there maybe chances of the product getting damaged or spoilt in transportation due to rough handling, accidents, weight of other packages on our package during transportation and storage, extreme weather conditions and any reason not just limited to these. In such conditions, the responsibility of safe delivery of packages lies with our shipping partners and any damage to the same will require a case-to-case redressal of concerns from the customers.

Tracking Shipments
Tracking details of the shipment will be shared with the customer by email. Customers will be responsible for tracking the status of the packages. But if there are any issues in the tracking or the status, please reach out to us and we will help.

Customers need to keep us updated if they find the product has not been delivered on time. If the same is notified after the tentative dates provided, or minimum 7 days after the shipment's mail confirmation, we will not be responsible for letting you know about the products. So, please ensure to reach us on time.

Please provide the proper address details and contact details while placing the orders, in order to avoid the delay in delivering the products. The delivery person may call the customer before reaching the destination address. Hence, please give us your phone numbers that are always reachable.

Do not accept the package if the same has been damaged during delivery.

Exigent Scenarios
There may be a scenario as the courier team may not reach your address saying that it's out of the delivery boundary.
Please cooperate with us on this issue. You can immediately reach us and update us the same, so that we will try to make other alternatives. Or you may have to go to the pick point suggested by the delivery person.
