Shipping policy

Suvika Studio offers shipping across India through reliable courier service. The courier charges will be borne by the customer. All the orders will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of order. Shipping timelines will be intimated to the customer in advance.

  • All our products are packed in secure tamper proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper proof condition.
  • All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If there is a requirement for the products to be shipped to more than one  shipping address then please create separate orders in separate carts for each address.
  • All products are insured by Suvika against loss or theft from date &point of dispatch to date &point of delivery at no additional cost to the customer
  • Octroi & Entry tax if applicable as per the local laws in the delivery location shall be borne by the customer.
  • If in case there are any issues with the delivery/package it has be brought to our attention within 24 hrs. Please write to us at help.suvikastudio@gmail.com  or call us on +917892151829. Any concerns/quires/requests, post this will not be entertained.

Track Your Order

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that the order has been dispatched for delivery. In the email, you will obtain a link which will enable you to track your order whenever you choose until it is delivered to you.

PIN Code Serviceability.

During Checkout when you enter your address and PINCODE we will check your PINCODE against our backend database and let you know if your PINCODE is serviceable or not. 

If your pin code is unserviceable then the door facility will not be available. Customers should visit the courier office.

To ensure delivery on time we associate with reliable courier partners who handle the complete transit insurance of the package for delivery. They include DTDC/Professional Courrier / Indian Post.
