Refund policy

Domestic Orders:

1.An order is eligible for exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return / Cancellation is not accepted for orders with custom tailoring including fall, Blouse stitching & edging services

3. Customers can initiate a exchange request on the following circumstances

4. Customer has to raise an exchange request by sending an email to help.suvikastudio@gmail.com and WhatsApp 7892151829 with the order details & the return reason. In case of damaged / incorrect item a photograph of the product, the price tag & the packing cover which got delivered is mandatory.

5. Our support team will analyse the return request and approve the same.

6. Once a return is approved, the item has to be packed & shipped to the below address. Suvika Studio address | PH - +91 7337799891

7. The products must be returned in its original condition, unaltered and unused. The price tag (and the silk mark tag if applicable) has to be present. The saree folding has to be intact.

8. Reverse pick up is not available from our end

9. If the item is damaged or incorrect item is delivered then Return logistic cost of Rs. 75/- for each item will be charged on free shipping orders.

10. Replacement / gift card will be issued after receiving the item and approved by our quality assurance team.

11. Replacement/ Gift card will include only the cost of product. Any other cost incurred for the order by the company/ customer will not be refunded.

12. Suvika Studio reserves the right to refuse a replacement / Exchange if found not valid, in which case the relevant reasoning will be provided to you via Email, WhatsApp or via a phone call PH - +91 7337799891

13. We will dispatch the exchange product after we receive and accept the original product.

14. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for exchanging your items on return reasons. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Suvika Studio cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree/accessories after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning and care, and other normal wear and tear. 
  • If you have requested falls and peco, and/or saree tassling/ blouse detachment services to your purchased sari, Exchanges are not permitted. 
  • All products bought at SALE/DEAL PRICE are not eligible for Exchange.
  • For any Paid Order cancellations done by the customer, a "5% PAYMENT GATEWAY" website handling charge will be levied and has to be borne by the customer.
